REFUNDS, LEVIES & OTHER RIGHTS: Refunds or adjustments may be made, or additional charges may be levied, if Atlas Wild Experiences changes its program by adding, altering, or deleting activities as deemed necessary by its owner in the best interest and safety of its participants. Atlas Wild Experiences cannot accept responsibility for any personal items lost or damaged due to fire, theft, or any other unforeseen circumstances. Atlas Wild Experiences may use photographs or videos taken of participants during the trip for promotional and marketing purposes. This includes digital images and videos that may be published on our website and social media platforms.

CANCELLATION POLICY: To confirm your seat on a trip, a 100% advance payment is required. 50% is not refundable once payment has been made.  In the event of a cancellation from your end up to 120 days before the departure date the balance would be refunded, You will be eligible for a 35% refund between 90 to 120 days from the start date of the trip. After the 90-day window has lapsed, no refund will be possible.
