Shipping and returns

Prints are made to order, one at a time, then packed to survive the post. Here is how they reach you, and what happens if something goes wrong on the way.

Made to order

How a print is produced and sent

Nothing is held in stock. Each print is produced when you order it, checked, and then packed — rolled in a rigid tube for larger sizes, or flat between boards for the small ones. Allow up to seven working days for a print to be made and dispatched, and a little longer for the largest Collector Series pieces.

Once it ships we send you a tracking number. Delivery time after that depends on where you are — a few days within India, one to two weeks for most international addresses.

Cost and customs

What shipping costs

Within India
Charged by size and destination, and shown before you pay
International
Quoted for your country and the size of print before you pay
Duties and taxes
Any import duty or tax charged by the destination country is the buyer's to pay, and is not included in the price

If something is wrong

Damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered

Open your print and check it when it arrives. If it reaches you damaged, or there is a fault in the print itself, or it is not the piece you ordered, email hello@atlaswildexperiences.com within 48 hours with a photograph, and we will reprint and resend it, or refund it in full — your choice. Keep the packaging until it is sorted.

Returns and cancellations

Change of mind

Because every print is made to your order, we cannot take one back simply for a change of mind — there is no shelf for it to go back onto. Damage in transit and faults are covered in full, as above.

You can cancel a print order for a full refund any time before it goes to print. Once it has been printed we cannot cancel it, for the same reason.
