All safari bookings, event passes, and tickets are generated digitally and delivered to your registered email address upon successful confirmation/payment. No physical ticket copies are shipped for these services unless explicitly mentioned.

For physical products such as art prints, photographic prints, merchandise, or other tangible items, shipping timelines and delivery details will vary depending on the product type and delivery location. Customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details (where applicable) once the order has been dispatched.
