Wildlife trips run by people who work in the field

Atlas Wild Experiences runs wildlife safaris for travellers who want real time with wild animals and a guide who knows them: Bengal tigers in India, jaguars in Brazil's Pantanal, pumas in Patagonia and lions on the African savannah.

Our safaris are led by Lala, a wildlife photographer and filmmaker, by one of our naturalists or, on a bespoke trip, by local guides we work with.

Founder-led vision

Atlas Wild Experiences was founded by Lala, a naturalist, photographer and storyteller who has spent years in the field. He hosts the Safari with Lala trips himself.

Led by naturalists

Our naturalists, hosts and local guides are chosen for what they know about the forest and how they look after people. They talk to you about what you are seeing, not from a script.

Whether you're on a Safari with Lala, travelling with our expert guides, or designing your own bespoke adventure, we bring the same standards of quality, conservation and guest experience to every trip.

Big cat specialists

From Bengal tigers in India to jaguars in Brazil and leopards in Africa, big cats are our speciality. We plan around their habits and territories to give you the best chance of a sighting, and of a photograph worth keeping.

Organised, safe and ethical

We handle the logistics from the moment you land to the moment you leave: transfers, permits, lodges and guides. We work with lodges and guides who follow park rules and put the animals first.

Photography-friendly safaris

Whether you're carrying a smartphone or a 600mm lens, we design safaris with photographers in mind — from vehicle angles to golden-hour timing and patient guides who understand the art of the wait.
