Who holds your data

Who we are

Your data is held by Lala Wildlife, trading as Atlas Wild Experiences, at 1/122H Raliah Dam Road, Bettati, Yeddapalli P/O, Coonoor, Tamil Nadu 643104, India. For anything about your data — a copy, a correction, a deletion — email hello@atlaswildexperiences.com and a person will handle it.

What we collect

What we collect, and why

When you enquire: your name, email, phone number, the travel details you give us and whatever you write in your message. We use it only to answer you and to plan the journey you asked about.

When you book: the passport details the forest department requires to issue core-zone permits, and — for prints — the name and address we ship to. Payment is taken by our payment provider; card and bank details go to them, never to us, and we never store them.

If you volunteer health, mobility or dietary information so we can run your trip safely, we use it for that and nothing else. Under UK and EU law this is a special category of data and we treat it as one.

How long, and your say over it

Keeping it, and removing it

We keep enquiry emails for up to two years in case you come back to us, and booking and payment records for as long as Indian tax law requires us to. After that they are deleted.

You can ask to see what we hold, to correct it, or to have it deleted, and we will do so unless the law requires us to keep a record. Guests in the UK and EU have these rights under the GDPR, and guests in India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act; the route to exercise any of them is the same email above.

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics to understand which pages are read, this page will say exactly what they record before they go live.
